     Prior to joining Schwartz & Associates as “Of Counsel” in 2000, Mr. Knapp was a partner in the law firm of Knapp & Vernon in Palo Alto. In addition, Mr. Knapp served as a volunteer for 17 years in various capacities in the Woodside, CA town government, including 8 years on the Woodside Planning Commission.
